Brittany :Inspired by my recent move to Brittany, I am captivated by the light and expanses of space here. I am also amused by the fact that every conversation inevitably ends with a discussion of whether or not it has rained enough. This is the inspiration behind this series. I use gold leaf (light), raffia and sand ( nature ) and resin ( to look like water) in a color field style ( space) of abstract painting.
